Client Appreciation BBQ 

More than a deal - we have had a number of Client Appreciation Sunset Cruises which have been great - on the 8th of October we had our first Client Appreciation Carne Asada. A bit nervous being at our home but thanks to our great team, El Conchel ( Best Shrimp tacos in RP ) and Jerrys catering service ( amazing Carne Asada tacos ) it was a great turn out. While many could not make it 58 could and it was awesome. Beyond the food my favorite part was just saying thank you to those that made it for letting us be a small part of their story here in Rocky Point.

 This villa is absolutely amazing. While there are over 2000 condos on Sandy Beach there are only 40 villas be it 20 at Las Palmas and 20 in Bella Sirena. When you consider the villas are amazing, great layouts, Jacuzzi in the front yard, beautiful finishings... 2 car garage, brick dome ceiling - who would not enjoy a weekend at one of these villas with family and friends?
